Return and Refund Policy

This policy aims to ensure satisfaction with every purchase from Rcrosser.com. Review the return policy if an order needs to be returned: 

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Eligible items can be returned within 14 days of purchase or delivery.
  • To be eligible, the auto part must be:
    • Unused and in the same condition as received.
    • In its original packaging, including all original tags, labels, and accessories.
    • Free from any signs of installation, use, or damage.
    • Not a final sale or discounted item (unless otherwise specified).
    • Not a custom-made or special-order item (if applicable).
  • Returns that do not meet these criteria may be refused or may not be fully refund. 

 

Return Process:

  • To start a return, contact us at support@rcrosser.com
  • Provide your order number, details of the item(s) to return, and the reason for the return.
  • You will receive instructions on how to return the item(s) after the return request is approved. 

 

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • Contact us immediately if you receive a damaged or defective item. The buyer may provide the photos or videos as proof.
  • Instructions will be provided on how to return the item. Even if buyer wants to exchange the item, buyer must return the defective items first.

 

Refunds and Exchanges:

  • Refunds: We will decide whether to give a full refund, a partial refund, or no refund based on the conditions of the returned items. Please allow 10 business days for check the condition and process the refund after returned item is delivered.
  • Exchanges: Items are only replaced if they are defective or damaged. The buyer must return items at first. We will send buyer the exchange after checking the condition of returned items. Please contact us if you need to exchange a defective or damaged item. Exchange can only be applied within 24 hours of delivery.

 

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. For damaged or defective items, we will decide if the return and exchange shipping costs will be covered after checking the condition of returned items.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance is recommended, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items. Also, if the returned items are damaged or lost during transit, buyer is responsible for the loss or damage.
  • If the buyer returns an item, and it includes things that were not part of the original item, buyer must pay shipping fees to send them back. The refund will be affected.

 

Restocking Fee:

  • A restocking fee of 15% may apply to non-defective returns, unless otherwise stated.

Important Notes:

  • Incorrect Parts: If an incorrect part was ordered due to an error on our part, return shipping costs will be covered, and a full refund or exchange will be issued.
  • Customer Errors: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility if the incorrect part was ordered due to their own error.
  • Installed Parts: Installed auto parts are generally not eligible for returns unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery.
