Shipping Policy

Processing Times

After an order is placed, we will take 2-3 days to get it ready to ship. Orders received after 5 p.m. on the weekdays (Monday-Friday) will be processed on the next business day. If orders received on the weekend or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

However, when there’s a sudden spike in demand, high volume order processing time may be longer. Thank you for understanding.

· Shipping To the Lower 48 States Only (We are shipping between the 48 contiguous states of United States excluding Hawaii and Alaska)

· We do not accept P.O. Box address.

· Now we only provide USPS and UPS shipping methods, and buyer can decide which one to use while checking out. More shipping methods will be available in the future.

Shipping Costs

Please note that the shipping costs of all products are the responsibility of the buyer.

Split Shipment

To ensure buyer’s order arrive with the lowest shipping cost, when an order that contains many products, products packaged in large boxes, or mixed products, we will split shipment into multiple packages, and we will provide tracking information for each packages separately. Then, buyer can go to carrier’s website check the status of shipping.
